Very close to authentic Mexican food but the place needs to improve on the vibe, you can not tell it's a Mexican restaurant from outside

We just received our order from this restaurant which was 2 hours late. I called to asked where they were and I was told their printer was down and since I ordered online I would not know this. We reordered the food and it was the poorest Mexican food I have ever eaten, taco bell taste's better. When I called to complain, they said they were sorry and would do a better job next time.....I really don't believe there will be a next time. Moral to this story: Do not use their online service, call! I would not have the food delivered because once you pay for it is your's (probably repeatedly)!
One of my favorite places to eat. The food here is authentic and delicious. If im ever craving mexican food this is my go to restaurant.
